FAQs

With normal use, most custom foot orthotics last between 2 and 5 years. High-volume athletic use will shorten this. Off-the-shelf insoles are shaped to a generic foot profile and provide generalised cushioning. Custom foot orthotics are cast or scanned from your specific foot in a clinically corrected position, then manufactured to a detailed prescription targeting your particular biomechanical faults. They address the cause of your pain rather than simply adding padding.
