Meet Our Chiropodist
Julie Wellman D.Ch
Julie is a Registered Chiropodist licensed under the Chiropody Act with the College of Chiropodist of Ontario since 2020. She received her undergraduate degree in Bio Medical Science at the University of Waterloo. Her initiative at a multidisciplinary clinic further motivated her to seek an Advanced Diploma of Health Sciences (Chiropody). During her first year, Julie has gained experience at clinics in Orillia, Barrie, Mississauga, Orangeville and now Bradford, which has advanced her to the Chiropodist she is today. She has advanced knowledge in Diabetes and other foot related conditions such as, wound care, ingrown nails, fungal nails, warts, flat feet, heel pain (plantar fasciitis), etc. Julie is dedicated in providing honest care for her patients which includes educating patients about their conditions and providing the best management plan moving forward. Julie is a resident of Bradford for a few years now and is enjoying the calmness and community Bradford has to offer.
Varun Patel D.Ch
Varun is a Registered Chiropodist licensed under the Chiropody Act with the College of Chiropodist of Ontario since 2021. Varun has received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Science with Honors from York University. During his bachelor’s degree, he was fascinated with human kinetics and anatomy. His passion for sports created an interest in human biomechanics. During that time, a family health problem led him to pursue Chiropody at the Michener Institute of Education at UHN. Varun continuously strives to improve his skill and knowledge on various pathologies such as plantar fasciitis, warts, wound care, diabetic nail care, and biomechanics. Varun’s patient care revolves around his Guru HDH Pramukh Swami Maharaj’s statement, “In the Joy of others lies our own”.
Receptionist - Julia

Local to Bradford, Julia is the friendly face who will greet you as you walk through our doors. As a proud mom of two active boys, she’s always on the go and knows firsthand how important it is to keep your feet comfortable and healthy. When she’s not assisting our wonderful patients, you’ll likely find her cheering on her boys at their soccer games or getting caught up in the excitement of a great match—a true passion in her family. Whether you’re visiting for a routine check-up or a specific concern, Julia is here to ensure your experience is smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Receptionist - Melissa
Melissa is a undergraduate student in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University. Her interest in the field stems from a deep curiosity about the human body and how it functions, particularly in relation to movement, sports, and recovery. From a young age, she was actively involved in sports, which fueled her fascination with physical health, athletic performance, and the science behind how the body works. Her strong desire to help others has been a consistent motivator and has inspired her to pursue a future in health sciences, where she hopes to make a meaningful impact. She enjoys going out with friends and playing basketball in her free time!
